Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.
Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff has attained mastery in this martial art and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students.

Here are a few of Team Z Mixed Martial Arts Chesterfield's instructors and other staff members, starting with :
​Sensei Arvind Started his training under Rob Zbilski in 1992 after graduating from high school. He received his 1st Degree Black Belt in American Bu Kyoko Ryu 1997 (blended style of martial arts including Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, weapons, and street self defense)
He Received his 2nd Degree Black Belt in American Bu Kyoko Ryu 1999. Sensei Won the 1996 TBC Amateur Kickboxing Title. He Holds an amateur Kickboxing record of 10-4 with 2 knockouts.
He Competed in Golden Gloves
He has 15 plus years of experience at teaching, coaching, and managing martial arts schools. Krav Maga Level 2 certified.
Held the head instructor and program director position for Z's Martial Arts in NW Illinois for over 10 years.

​​Master Rob Zbilski is President of WAKO USA and owner of Z's Martial Arts in Huntley, IL. Some success includes the high enrollment numbers and numerous champions in the 1990s and 2000s. The walls of Z’s are adorned with several championship belts that belong to perhaps Zbilski’s most promising champion, Simon Buettner of Carpentersville, who’s a 24-year-old professional boxer. He’s won nine national kickboxing championships, the Chicago Golden Gloves and a ring’s worth of other accomplishments.
